Dr. Sztaba’s office is located at Suite 6, 725 Corydon Avenue (Corydon Villa), at the end of the hall on the second floor. When you enter, there is a waiting room to your right.
There is free, two-hour parking on both sides of Corydon Avenue, and on nearby Cockburn St, Hugo St., and McMillan Ave.
